Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team's daily operations. This role involves managing a range of clerical and administrative duties to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities :
Manage and update office policies and procedures.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, including preparing agendas and recording detailed minutes.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
Manage office supplies inventory by anticipating needs, placing orders, and confirming receipt.
Book and coordinate travel arrangements, such as flights, transportation, and hotel accommodations.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
Assist with special projects and other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements
High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
