Private Housekeeper

We are a quiet, busy family seeking a reliable, discreet, and experienced housekeeper to maintain our home. We are looking for a trustworthy individual who can maintain our high standards of cleanliness and organization with minimal supervision.

Job Summary :
The Private Housekeeper will be responsible for all general cleaning and household management tasks, ensuring the residence is kept in an immaculate and organized state. A keen eye for detail, professionalism, and integrity are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :
* Perform all general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces in all rooms.
* Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen, including sinks, toilets, showers, countertops, and appliances.
* Wash, dry, and fold clothing, household linens, and delicate fabrics. Change bed linens and towels as needed.
* Tidy and organize common areas, cabinets, and closets.
* Conduct deep cleaning of specific areas on a rotating schedule.
* Monitor and maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and household necessities, creating shopping lists as needed.
* Communicate effectively regarding household needs, repairs, or any issues that arise.
* Other duties like grocery shopping or occasional errands as needed.

Qualifications :
* Experienced as a housekeeper in a private household or high-end hotel environment.
* A high level of integrity and discretion is required to respect the family's privacy and personal belongings.
* Meticulous approach to cleaning and organization with a sharp eye for imperfections.
* Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
* Able to work efficiently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
* Excellent references from previous long-term employers.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
