Personal Support Worker (PSW) for Private Home

About Our Family :
We are a private family seeking a compassionate and reliable PSW to provide support for our elderly parents in our home. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care and can become a trusted part of our support system.

Responsibilities :
* Assist with personal hygiene.
* Perform light housekeeping tasks.
* Help with meal planning, preparation, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.
* Provide companionship, engage in social activities, and offer emotional support.
* Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental health to the family.
* Administer medication reminders as needed.
* Run occasional errands as assigned.

Qualifications :
* Proven experience as a PSW or caregiver in a home setting.
* Valid PSW certificate or equivalent experience.
* Compassionate, patient, reliable, and respectful of client privacy and dignity.
* Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check is required.
* Excellent references from previous clients or employers are required.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
