Nanny/sitter

We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and caring Nanny to join our household and provide attentive care to our children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development, proactive in daily routines, and capable of creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a family-oriented setting and is committed to supporting children's well-being and growth.

Nanny Responsibilities and Duties

Supervise and care for children in the employer’s home
Plan and prepare meals and snacks according to the child's dietary needs
Organize age-appropriate activities, games, and outings
Assist with homework and school projects
Manage daily routines including nap time, hygiene, and bedtime
Monitor children’s health and safety at all times.
Light housekeeping duties related to the child.
Communicate regularly with parents about daily progress, concerns etc.
Provide emotional support and ensure a loving and respectful atmosphere

Nanny Qualifications and Skills :

Genuine love for children and nurturing personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
Patience, creativity, and a sense of responsibility
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
Valid driver’s license (if transportation is part of the role)
Ability to manage multiple children and task

Education and Experience Requirements :

Experienced in childcare or equivalent.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Child Care certification or associate degree in early childhood education.
References from previous families or childcare employers.
