Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and people-savvy Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, managing office budgets, and creating and maintaining a positive work environment for our team. You will be a key player in ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication throughout the company.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily office operations
Manage administrative procedures:
Supervise projects.
Handle financial duties
Serve as a central point of contact
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Support HR functions
Qualifications and Skills :
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with financial tasks.
Ability to work independently.
Strong leadership, interpersonal Skills.
