Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven customer support experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent active listening skills and a professional phone voice.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
Customer-centric attitude with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
