Experienced residential cleaner

We are looking for experienced residential cleaner that have a keen sense of detail, looking to make their own schedules and have the ability to work on their own with little to no guidance. You would work as an Independent Contractor, meaning you work as a separate entity from the company and we just supply you with the job. As an Independent Contractor you make 60% of all jobs you do, you get to keep all tips. You give us your schedule for the week and we try to supply you with a few jobs so you can get a feel of what we are requiring.

Responsibilities : Maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
General Cleaning
Sanitization
Laundry Services
Waste Management
Inventory Management

Qualification/Requirement : A high school diploma or equivalent
Attention to Detail
Time Management & Organization
Physical Stamina
Reliability & Trustworthiness
