Experienced residential cleaners

We are looking for experienced residential cleaner that has a keen sense of detail, looking to make their own schedules and have the ability to work on their own with little to no guidance. You would work as an Independent Contractor, meaning you work as a separate entity from the company and we just supply you with the jobs.

Requirement :  Keen sense of details.
               Must be flexible 
               Ability to work with little or no supervision
               Experience in residential cleaning
               Effective communication Skills
Duties : 
Perform routine cleaning tasks.
surface sanitization Clean
Remove trash 
perform deep cleaning as needed.
Follow cleaning procedures. 
communicating effectively. 
Communicate any maintenance or repair needs
